Pletory is a game development studio that created TTGP, the world's first lawn mower racing game. TTGP offers players an adrenaline rush of driving over perfectly manicured lawns, muddy tracks, and urban courses with authentic ride-on lawn mowers.
Pletory needed to accelerate their game development timeline for TTGP, their mobile lawn mower racing game. They required production-ready 3D solutions that would integrate seamlessly into their Unity pipeline, enabling faster development without compromising quality. The challenge was to deliver complete low poly 3D production assets including mowers, racers, garage environments, and 3 distinct racing circuits (Land, City, and Mountains) that would enhance the player experience while keeping the project on schedule.
We delivered comprehensive 3D game production services that accelerated Pletory's development timeline. Our team provided production-ready low poly 3D solutions: 12 mower models, a racer character, a fully-realized garage environment, and 3 distinct racing circuits (Land, City, and Mountains). All assets were created in Blender with optimized polygon counts and seamlessly integrated into Unity as part of Pletory's development pipeline. We created 12 unique low poly 3D mower models optimized for mobile gaming performance, showcasing 4 of them here. Each mower was designed as a low poly asset with clean topology, minimal polygon counts, and optimized textures to ensure smooth performance on mobile devices while maintaining visual appeal.
We created a low poly 3D racer character model, showcasing the transformation from wireframe to final textured low poly 3D model. The racer was designed as a low poly asset with optimized topology and efficient textures to ensure smooth performance on mobile devices while maintaining visual quality.
A fully-realized low poly 3D garage environment was created to serve as the game's hub. The garage features optimized low poly geometry, efficient textures, and performance-friendly lighting to create an immersive space where players can view and select their mowers without performance issues.

We created 3 distinct low poly racing circuit tracks: Land, City, and Mountains. Each circuit features unique layouts, obstacles, and visual elements to provide varied gameplay experiences. The circuits were created as low poly assets optimized for mobile performance while maintaining engaging visual design.






All low poly 3D assets created in Blender were optimized for mobile game engines and seamlessly imported into Unity as part of Pletory's development pipeline. The low poly assets were delivered in formats compatible with Unity, ensuring efficient file sizes and smooth performance on mobile devices, ready for immediate integration into the game.
